She is the Founder and Creative Director of Crowncare Couture, a fast-evolving fashion conglomerate with four core arms — Bridal & Special Occasion Wears, Ready-to-Wear Collections, Timeless Fabrics, and Fashion Training & Mentorship.
Through Crowncare Couture, Adeike has built a legacy of excellence, innovation, and purpose, redefining fashion entrepreneurship as both a ministry and a business. Her brand is celebrated for its fine craftsmanship, modest elegance, and systems-driven operations, creating wealth through structure, not striving.
A respected voice in business leadership, Adeike also serves as Executive Director, Market & Strategy on the Board of Prime Star Paints Nigeria Limited, and is an Associate of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service) as well as a WimBoard Fellow.
An insightful speaker and mentor, Adeike has been invited to speak at conferences, business summits, and faith-based gatherings, where she shares on topics such as kingdom entrepreneurship, leadership, systems building, and the balance between purpose, peace, and profitability.
Driven by her passion to empower others, she established the Crowncare Scholarship Initiative, which sponsors and mentors young fashion talents from disadvantaged backgrounds, equipping them with technical and entrepreneurial skills to rise from tailors to CEOs.
Adeike holds a BSc in Industrial Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, combining her love for science and fashion to pioneer eco-conscious fabric innovations within Africa’s fashion ecosystem.
